Copying a file to your computer Windows. Click on the download link. In the File Download window select Save to save the file to your computer. In the pop-up file browser, choose a location (such as Desktop) for the download and click Save.
Mac. Hold the CTRL key and click on the link of the file you wish to download. From the options, select Download linked file as ... choose a location (such as Desktop).
Readers for Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office documents are available free from the appropriate companies websites www.adobe.com or www.microsoft.com.
